To design cars all you need is to draw a lot and play arround with new lines for future designs, simply just start from the basis of all, it looks you have got a nice way to draw cars so draw more, observate the real cars and try to use new creativity iideas for your works. By the way when you should start to try one image editor like photoshop to creat even more realistic cars. I hoppe this helped you.
