I think the first stage of modeling took about 1 to 2 days for the main portion of the concept,
after I put all the details into it and got it rendered it took about 2 weeks to get the final rendered product. |

| You use rhino very good. great desins.I mean they are very distictive.well i'd like to ask that does your cars have too much polygons something around 2.600.000.(I got troubles with high polygons.even rhino cannot extact polygons)anyway keep working. hehehhe |

Thanks mate for your comments. Had a look at your website, nice stuff. I'm gonna have to learn to use CAD packages, I can only draw the things at the moment. Its good to see designers that can not only produce nice computer renderings but cool designs as well.

oh thanks Amr,, glad to hear from you, Yeah I found my way with rhino also. Great program I must say, I was going to enter that contest, but when job offers came my way.. well it was time to really play,, hehe
thanks,, I try to make them look difficult,, I guess its my secret,, but there are tutorial links on my main web page that will explain how to make them sexy sports car shapes. Some times I get a little extreme and make cars like the FAL-kon,, I'll post some images of my new car design the AXEL shortly. I think I want to render them again with a few more details. |

I also went to school for mechanical and Architectural CAD.
your Car reminds me of that BMW 850i v12 car,, one of my favorites, but also yours stands out in a very different way. For your first time,, man you are really good.
I too also am new to the scene,, then again aren't we all, I got a project going with a company in florida. I can't wait to touch my own design with my own hands. And then drive it.

I have seen your and i must admit that you have excellent results. Which programm you use?
I like most your orange falcon !!!!
I will answer your question about my work.
The model is basicly made by thick carton !!! The same carton I used for my Architectural modeling, in the architectural school. I was an absolut beginner on this issue. Now I know there are other better stuff to work for a real modeling. At the top of the paper there is epoxy putty and .....endless detailed sandpapering... Finaly the "cadizorange" paint ( two hands ) and wax. All the details, after the orange finish, they have been made by hand and airbrush / masking. difficult job. But I think the result is good. And don't forget that in 1:8 scale of the model ! Many guys told me that I have managed to add so many details, which usualy are present in 1:4 scale models.
Also all the chrome stuff ( brushed aluminium , in my scenario ) were made by using airbrush and aluminium base paint and vernish.
I enjoyed very much. This was my first attempt to design and create a car ! I'm not a car designer but I will give my best shot in Pforzheim to become one ! This work has the official Audi approval of using its logos and signs !!! And Audi again advised me to go Pforzheim and to have an internship to its Designing Center.
Only time will tell...
